I think I need a spiritual retreat. Where can I find one?

A good question! Start with your parish priest: he may know somewhere to go. Alternatively, if you are in the north-west of England, try the priests of the Opus Dei, who put on excellent retreats for laypeople. If you are a woman, try the Marian Community of Reconciliation, who run retreats, especially for young people. Both groups are reachable from the directory.
