Come along to our volunteer information meeting, where you can find out about volunteering with our friendly and welcoming pilgrimage family on the 87th Salford Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes in July 2019.
Our volunteers enable sick pilgrims to fully experience the joy of pilgrimage, and to be at the heart of all that we do during our time in Lourdes. It is an extremely rewarding, fulfilling and often life changing experience.
We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities, both medical and non-medical, and have many roles in which you can get involved.
During this short meeting we’ll explain about the various roles, training, travel arrangements and about our pilgrimage programme. There is also the chance to chat to members of our pilgrimage team who will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
