Pause for Hope

This is the second service for people affected in any way by cancer. The first one in April 2017 was attended by approx. 150 people, many of whom commented on how they had enjoyed the service and gained comfort and solace from it.
Participants will include patients, medical practitioners, fund raisers, local clergy and the Ribble Valley choir. Also in attendance will be Professor Raymund Donnelly the initiator of this service in Liverpool in 1999.
There will be an opportunity to light a candle for loved ones, to obtain a special prayer card and to treasure memories of an afternoon devoted to those we love.
