Catholic Middle Leadership Programme

The Catholic Middle Leadership Programme is a one year programme offered by the North West Catholic Dioceses Training Partnership, running from July each year. The programme is suitable for new and experienced curriculum subject or aspect leaders in primary and secondary schools; and for those aspiring to or in middle leadership posts in Catholic Schools. More details of the programme can be found at www.nwcdtp.org.uk/catholic-middle-leadership-programme.html

Applications for the programme are made at the start of each Summer Term. For further details contact Martin Johnson 0161 817 2204.

Catholic Leadership Programme

For the past 13 years the Catholic Leadership Programme has provided a coherent form of preparation for leadership in Catholic Schools. The programme is aimed at those who are aspiring to senior leadership, in particular to headship (ie deputy and assistant headteachers; strong middle leaders likely to aspire to senior leadership; business managers, bursars or site managers who are part of the senior leadership team). By the end of the programme participants should have a deeper understanding of their personal values and mission, and a better appreciation of the distinctiveness of Catholic schools. The CLP runs from January to December each year. For further details contact Leo Conley on 07717493756 or Angela Williams on 0161 817 2204 or leoconley@hotmail.com or angela.williams@dioceseofsalford.org.uk

Post Graduate Catholic Leadership Programme

The PGCLP has been designed for graduates of the CLP who completed the programme 2 or more years ago and who are in a senior leadership post in their school. Whilst the CLP explores the distinctive features of Catholic leadership, the PGCLP places an emphasis upon personal spiritual reflection. There is clearly an appetite for refreshing the spirituality, understanding of mission and the network of support experienced during the CLP. As well as evening sessions, conferences and one-to-one mentoring, there are also opportunities for reading and reflection. The programme runs from January to December each year. For further details contact Leo Conley on 07717493756 or Angela Williams on 0161 817 2204 or leoconley@hotmail.com or angela.williams@dioceseofsalford.org.uk
