Sacramental Programme Co-ordinator

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the programme.

Main responsibilities, to:

• Arrange meetings of the Sacramental Programme team;
• Liaise with the Parish Priest;
• Ensure each leader has the relevant resources;
• Give help and support to the team members;
• Adhere to Child Protection and Health & Safety guidelines;
• Give help and guidance to parents through "home visits" as required;
• Attend an evaluation and a pre-operation meeting between units with the whole Sacramental Programme team. 

Person Specification:

• Good communication skills both written and oral;
• Word-processing skills;
• Organisational and team-building skills;
• Commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church, Sacramental Programme and parish life;
• An ability to organise and disseminate materials;
• Aged 18 or above.
