Home is a holy place |
When we believe that God is present and active in our homes and in our lives, things change. The atmosphere of the home changes and its appearance also changes. As the Family of the Church, we have wonderful symbols and customs that remind us of that special reality that our home is indeed a holy place. The nine suggestions listed in this section can become for families a source of grace, strength and inner peace, reminding us daily that “God is Father, God is good, and everything He does is good!” Every home becomes a “Church in miniature” where God saves, heals and loves unconditionally.
