World Youth Day |
The Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, invites YOU to World Youth Day!

When the Pope came to the UK in September 2010, he had a particular message to young people. First of all, he wanted them to be saints. Then, he asked them to develop a life of prayer. And finally, at the end of an address in front of 80,000 people in Hyde Park, and a worldwide television audience, he invited the young people of the UK to join him at World Youth Day. Here is how he said it:
“.......Let me finish these few words by warmly inviting you to join me next year in Madrid for World Youth Day. It is always a wonderful occasion to grow in love for Christ and to be encouraged in a joyful life of faith along with thousands of other young people. I hope to see many of you there!”
