Diocesan Pilgrimage to Walsingham

Last May over 500 pilgrims from the Diocese gathered at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in Norfolk. This was the largest diocesan pilgrimage organised to the shrine in recent years. We are hoping this years pilgrimage will be as successful.

This year the pilgrimage will be on Saturday 4th May. The programme is:

13:00  Assemble at the Market
13:15  Procession and Rosary with statue along the holy mile
14:00  Free time in the shrine grounds
15:00  Reconciliation Service
16:00  Holy Mass
16:45  Final Blessing
17:00  Pilgrims depart

Coach Information

£20 return (please pay in advance by cheque made payable to ‘SRCDTR’ and post to John Griffin, Department for Formation, Cathedral Centre, 3 Ford Street, Salford, M3 6DP).

Approx. Departure: 7am Leave Walsingham: 5pm
