Vacancy – Business Administration Apprentice

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Finance and Administration team as a junior administrator, with a specific emphasis on supporting the Property team.  Alongside this, the successful candidate will work towards completing the Business and Administration Level 2 Qualification.

Business Administration Apprentice

Location: Cathedral Centre, 3 Ford Street, Salford, M3 6DP.
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Hours: 35hrs per week Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm with 1hr for lunch.

What we’re looking for:

Our Property Team is responsible for looking after our large portfolio of buildings within the diocese and requires somebody who can assist with the effective administration and smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a friendly & professional approach to work with a flexible and helpful attitude. They will be willing to learn new skills and rise to new challenges.

This is a great opportunity to start your career as a Business Administration Apprentice within a welcoming and dynamic team environment.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum Grade C/4 GSCE in Maths & English
  • Good literacy & numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational & administrative skills
  • High level of communication skills, including written and spoken communication.
