Walk for Creation: A reflective guide for parishes and schools

Tuesday 26th April 2022

As the UK prepared to host last year’s crucial COP26 climate change summit, people from across our diocese came together to walk and reflect on our call to care for our common home.

The walk, held in October, invited people to walk from Salford Cathedral to our Laudato Si’ Centre at Wardley Hall, to raise awareness of the challenges facing our common home, and to enjoy opportunities for prayer and reflection along the way.

Since then, many parishes, schools, and deaneries getting in touch to enquire about hosting their own walk, and so we have created a number of resources to help your group on its way.
